Raquel J. Schmidt, Ph.D.

Raquel J. Schmidt is a Western New York native and graduate of Buffalo State. She completed her Ph.D. in special education at the University of Buffalo.

Prior to joining the faculty of Buffalo State in the fall of 2001, she worked for several years as a special education teacher.

Her research interests include behavior management, authentic assessment, and teaching strategies that are effective for inclusive settings.
